- Presentation of students, teachers and respective characterisation of the schools.
- Creation of a whatsapp group for teachers.
- Prior assessment of students' knowledge about the polar theme.
From September to June:
- Videoconferences between teachers.
- Videoconferences with polar scientists.
- Videoconferences between partner classes.
- Presentation of research / activities of the students of the partner classes about the Arctic and Antarctic. (Challenge 1).
- Gamification (partner classes produce games and play the ones presented by the partners). (Challenge 2).
October:
- Competition for the creation of the project's logo.
- CodeWeek
From November to January:
- Creating flags between international student teams to celebrate the Antarctic Treaty. (Challenge 3).
December:
- Christmas Cards.
- Hour of Code.

- International Day of Education.

- Safer Internet Day.
- International Day of Women and Girls in Science.
- International Polar Bear Day.

- World Wildlife Day.
- Global Recycling Day

- Preparation of a common text in Google Docs on the polar theme. Each partner school will be responsible for one character that they will have to build in puppet format with recyclable materials, and then make a video with their line.

- World Environment Day
- Final challenge about the polar theme for students.
